Frequently Asked Questions
During hours like 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM the helpline is often very busy. You might have a chance of getting through if you call after 2:30 PM. If the phone is still busy a good alternative is to send a bulleted email to the CDOE helpdesk.
You need to get in touch with the CDOE Material Dispatch Section. If you are near Rohtak you can also go to the CDOE building in person with your Admission Slip to collect your books directly.
You should email the Admission Section at cdoe@mdu.ac.in with a copy of your 10th-grade marksheet as proof. The Admission Section will update it in the system. You will be able to download a corrected version from your dashboard.
Do not pay again! Sometimes bank servers take 48 to 72 hours to update the university portal. If your status does not change after three days you should email your transaction receipt to the accounts or technical cell.
Usually no. The MDU administrative offices, including the helpdesk follow a five-day work week. It is always best to contact them between Monday and Friday to ensure the right person is available to help you.
